fotoxprofiloHello I’m Giulia, let me welcome you to Grand Tour guesthouse for globetrotters!

To be a globetrotter, a grand voyageur is an attitude. It means feeling at home even if you are faraway, travelling for leisure or business. This is what I intend my guesthouse for.

I’m an interior designer and I’ve just totally restored my home in what I call a “scandinafrican style with a dolce vita touch”.. Scandinavian and design classic elements vitalised by waxprint african textiles and photos, maps, vintage postcards and memories both from my travels and my urban explorations in Rome, a neverending surprise.

Home

The apartment can host up to 5 people.

It is totally renovated.

It has two nice and quiet double bedrooms, the green and the avio room, each with private bathroom – one with bathtub, one with shower – a studio area, a beautiful sunny livingroom with dining area and  and an open fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Livingroom and kitchen overlook a lovely garden with lounge, dining area, solarium and laundry area. The living room has a couch bed for an eventual additional guest.

It’s air conditioned, has a private hot water and heating system, lcd tv, dvd player and radio/cd/mp3 player and free wi-fi connection. The building has a daily concierge service.

Neighbourhood

The apartment is located in Parioli, a classy neighbourhood very quiet and greeny, yet very well connected via public transportation to the historical city center.

The Parioli area offers stylish restaurants and bars, boutiques, amazing parks such as Villa Borghese and Villa Ada, the zoo and stunning museums – Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Moderna, Galleria Borghese, Museo Etrusco di Valle Giulia.
